My PR card recently expired, while i am outside of Canada and i will be applying for a PRTD. At any point do I need to physical go to the VAC or CVAC or can i just do everything through post?

I have checked through the website, they have not even begun to process the Renewal application. I will withdraw it tomorrow when i have all the documents I need.

One more thing, can i withdraw my application through the website using the web form or do i need to send a written letter?
