I just saw a mysterious line appeared on my ECAS : We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 5, 2015.

@icecoldsea @Davehumpho12 @canadababu It seems the processing time is based on the "Application Create Date". The average waiting time is 18-19 months all September applications if you count from the application create date. This is the only number that matches with the CIC website.

Can anyone from Sept applications share their 1. Application Receive Date 2. Application Create Date (It should be the first line in the GCMS notes under Application #) and 3. AOR Date? I think finally I will be able to solve this Application Processing Time mystery.

I am Sept 26 applicant and still waiting. We are all in the same boat. Have you requested any GCMS notes recently?

You indicated that there is a note on your file indicating a refund for an overpayment. I think you overpaid something and they just refunding that. Did you reach to CIC to confirm that?

I believe the actual date is the "Application Create Date". You can find it on the first page of your GCMS notes. This is the only date that matches with the processing times on the CIC website.

What does it say on the first page under "Assessment"?

on Apr 11th.

Sept 26 applicant, I just got my GCMS notes: ASSESSMENTS Eligibility: Passed Security: HIRV: Criminality: Passed Org Crime: Medical: Passed The last update was on 02/24 and nothing after. I don't know what they are waiting for. :'( :'( :'(

No updates for Sept and Oct applications. I saw some messages on Oct thread that CIC sending PPRs for Express Entry applicants. I don't know long we should wait and whom to talk about this. It is just unfairrr :'( :'( :'( :'(

It seems no PPR this week for the visa required countries :'( :'( :'( CEC updated the processing times and luckily it is still 19 months.

I haven't seen any new PPRs or COPRs issued by CIC for the last seven days. There is something going on with CIC >:( >:( >:( >:( I think they have their own order and they don't tell it to anyone. I just checked the Google sheet and at least 60% of Sep applicants haven't heard anything from CIC...

Did anyone hear anything from CIC this week? I am seeing the same pattern when the September applications received their AORs. There was a big gap between December and February. :'( :'( :'(

It seems CIC decided to skip the September applicants and process the Oct applicants. I am seeing more activity in the Oct thread than ours. >:( >:( >:(
