what do you mean by "stopped" - do you mean they returned the packages back? or are you referring to how the cap reached on Nov 16 ? (I mean... That's not beginning of Nov...)

Yes I agree. I asked some people and they said no AOR received.

Oh everyone's doing that and they just reply with the same msg for a lot of people "your application is in line for review"
