    Hi everyone, I start this thread to have idea of how long I will be a prisoner of Canada. Now it has been 3 years. You can share your story here of being a prisoner outside of jail. Canada immigration is smart, They benefit from you by paying taxes but if you do any simple mistake you’re out.

    Go for RAD then wait one year widow to pass to be able to apply for H&C. You able to apply for H&C after one year pass since the date you received negative decision from RPD

    It has been 2 years since I started process of requesting a refugee protection. I failed RPD then RAD which also failed now I also didn’t get approved for leave to Judicial Review. I wanted to ask what’s the next step after this? Your help are really appreciated! Thanks
