    anybody from dominican republic?

my husband and I met in July, and married in December. So Don't be too worried. He's in Canada now, with me. He did have to do an interview, and the process was long and grueling. 14 months, but worth every second of the wait. Just be patient and thorough with all your paper work.

    anybody from dominican republic?

So, with all this talk about couriers... ups or fedex? Ups seems to be a little more confident in their services. (in terms of committing to service dates)

    anybody from dominican republic?

I just want to notify anyone who is interested, we proactively redid our medical because we knew it was expired. Although the immigration officer (interviewer) advised my husband he would have to redo it (for the 3rd time), we messaged the Mexican visa office and they are going to accept the one...

    anybody from dominican republic?

From what my husband told me, The interview was a little under an hour. He said the interview was not in a conversational style, and more interrogative. However, I think that depends on the personality of whoever is interviewing you. He said the interviewer reviewed all the information that was...

Thank you for sharing your experiences. I guess u and I are in similar boats. I guess I need to start planning another vacation, since we have no idea what's going on right now. Waiting 6 months for an interview would put us over the 17 month mark, which is ridiculous. Especially since they...

I'm from Canada, and he is Dominican. This is the first i have heard about the interview. I hope it's not another 6 months before we receive the date. That would push us right to the edge of the estimated 17 months. It's just frustrating because this is not news. We could potentially be waiting...

Hey So i got an e-mail. It has news, but not exactly what I wanted to hear... it stated that we are in queue for an interview. This is discouraging. After 11 months of waiting, I was hoping for at least a set date for the interview. Has anyone else experienced this? i'm just curious how long...
