I think this option should enable for everyone who have already submitted their applications....it seems logical to me because in period of one year there would be significant changes in person's life.....

what do you mean by can't access...have you already created and submitted application or trying for first time...

No need to change old email address....simply login to Job bank with old credentials.....there is one tab "My user account"...click the tab and update newly received EE number and job seeker code there...........hope it will help

Online application for quebec sponsor certificate....to fill IELTS score it is not taking decimal values like 6.5 or 7.5 .It is taking only integer values like 6 or 7 or 8 etc. Any one faced same issue. please suggest
