For what it's worth, I'm also still waiting for the CoPR (I got DM on April 26, so it's been a little over a week). Maybe it's taking a bit longer since I'm in BC... but does the previous reply mean it could take up to 31 calendar days for Ottawa to post these documents?

Application was received by CIC on February 4 (mailed a few days earlier) and we got AOR on March 11. So for this U.S. applicant, the total time to DM was less than 3 months :o

By the way, it was only 8 days from when I received (and paid) the Right of Permanent Resident fee request to when I got DM... so DM might be just around the corner for others who have been emailed about the ROPR!
