Same I pass the test on Nov 26 2015 but to me said in 3 weeks my status still in process (application submitted September 9 2015)

I don't have interviews just after the test the person check my passport and said:" we email the day and time for the ceremony in 3 weeks" and now are 5 weeks is this normal?

How Do you know you failed ? What the said to you?
