    Or they would send you a note that your GCMS request would not be processed without your spouse consent. A few years ago we ordered our file notes and I forgot to attach my spouse consent and they sent an email asking for it.

    - It is possible to change programs in many Colleges. Just ask them directly - I know a few mid-size companies in GTA which hire young specialists. Can't comment on the post-secondary diploma though.

    Well, of you ask for my personal opinion, one year post-graduate program + one year of open work permit is not enough for immigration. Unless you are lucky enough to work for one consecutive year and add these points to your EE profile.

    I believe your questions were answered, just would summarize: yes, you could open a company in Canada incorporating with Canadian PR or Citizen. But you can not work in your own company without work permit.
