I called this morning (8/26). They received my application on June 20th, finished processing it on the 24th and mailed it out by regular first class mail this morning. I am in Western Canada, so I expect it will take about 6-7 days to get here.

No not yet. Oh I guess 18th was a Saturday so according to them my report reached them on June 20th. When I called this week, they said it's in the final stages and would be another week at least before it's mailed out. I just need to get it before September 12th for my submission, let's see...

I just called them too. They will give you information if yours was June 7th or earlier as they are processing June 7th. I am June 18th and she said to call back next week and they might be able to give information on my file.
