Can you please tell us when did you had your Re-medical examination and how many days did they take from medical examination date to medical passed?

I think mandamus is not required now. As they have asked for re-medicals, I believe that the security screening process should be finished by now and the outcome is positive. I expect to receive PPR in a month, if there is still more delay, then I'll think about Mandamus option.

No idea what they were doing. They asked for Schedule A in Nov 2017 and then asked for few documents multiple times in 2021. It has been a very long journey for us so far.

I have accompanying family members and they asked for re-medical for every family member. In your case, I'm quite sure that they will ask for re-medical for every family member (whether accompanying or non accompanying)

They asked for updated police certificates in May 2021. This time I just received request for re-medical of whole family
