    Dear Sourav, Signed/Stamped mark-sheets from Registrars Office would be enough for WES assessment. I got my BE docs assessed in the same way.

    Keep in mind You need to submit attested copies of Mark-sheets from the university not the college. Transcript also need to be issued by the university & not the college.

    Best way would be to send by DHL. Delivery is done in 2-3 business days and cost is around Rs 1400. (u need to ask for special student discount).
