Im from Manila V.O. My initial file no. started with B,then they changed it to Exxxx when I recieved my 2nd AOR, I think some Decision Made status has something to do with transferring your file to GCMS. I initially applied to Nova Scotia in April 2010, sent full docs to Manila V.O on Nov. 2010...

i got decision made status before medical...others would say, decision made before medical means rejection. wait for official letter from embassy first before you think otherwise

Not all Decision Made status is a rejection. I was In Process last Nov. 17, Decision Made status was added last nov. 22 and now i received my MR, dated Nov. 25. Just like most of you, Im an April applicant
