No, the confirmation is random. You can try requesting an ack next week or later for the documents you shared lately (write an email) and they would reply saying that they received ur additional documents and have been forwarded to case officer.

All the correspondence between NS and you will be in over emails; just reply to the email with the documents. Regarding NOC, you (not ur employer) need to fill your duties in the format provided by the case officer, it is a generic request received by many for NSNP. I think they send this NOC...

No real timeframe. Some get it within a week and sometimes it takes 4weeks. I think DM/PPR is issued in batches. I hope u are among the faster ones. Best of luck and Congratulations
