How long did it take after you submitted the certificates? We sent ours in February and still waiting for response. We sent an e-mail asking if they received it and they just said that they will notify us i due time.

Did they request original police certificates? If they did than you cannot send it by e-mail. Read the request carefully.

That's what they requested from us after the interview. We sent the police clearances two months ago by mail, because they requested the originals, and we are still waiting for response.

I'm asking because my spouse has an interview next month and she has to bring proof of ongoing communication. It would be difficult to translate everything but I"ll try do translate at least some of it.

I did it that too. My wife does not speak English so I have filled all the forms, explained everything to her and she just signed them.
