its 70% negative and 30% positive and I to got same mail and my visa was rejected . but don't worry there are many cases that it may be approval also. pray the god.

applied on 1st Oct from Hyderabad vfs and file processing started on 5th oct and I got rejection under spp stating that your proposed studies for reasonable blub blub... and this time got supporting letter from college as well and filed the visa very carefully, hope the best. :) :)
