Sino po dito ang karereceived lang ng aor? Yung email from cic UCI lang ng husband ko & file number ang binigay normal lang ba na maiden name ko ang nilagay? even sa ecas maiden name ko din except sa anak namin. Wala din akong uci kaya uci ng husband ko ang gamit ko pinang check sa ecas.

I didn't include the representative form nor put n/a in the checklist and according to the canada post they received my file in Nov 4 they should've sent it back if they think i missed some documents right?

Hi :) Nag upfront med kami last october 5 nag additional test ako because of my tattoo then hindi ako tinanong about sa mmr vaccine pero nagpa Mmr ako sa tita ko na nagwowork sa Health center which is free and hindi ako pinag PT.

Sa mga nag upfront medical appendix c lang ba form na dinala niyo? Or kasama yung Imm 1017? Salamat po sa sasagot ;D
