Hello, Please help. I have given ielts 3 times but I am stuck on 5.5 bands. I want to apply for canada. What are the visa success rates with low ielts score. I am wondering if I can apply because I checked only few colleges accept 5.5 and give offer letter. Just want an advice rather than visa...- Monty1
