Hi Yog, I remember that CIC did not ask for my Birth certificate. Once i got my ITA and i filled out the application, CIC generates personalized doc checklist. Birth certificate was one of them. alternatively i had obtained a "Certificate of Birth" from indian embassy but did not have any use...
