buddy as per system, u dont recieve any letter.. by letter they mean the mail, i guess.. since u have recieved the PPR mail, dont worry at all.. just submit ur passport n photos to the VFS.. dont get confused or worried, u have recieved PPR.. that means everything is going perfectly fine..!!
