Well if somebodys having a bad time looking for airline ticket for august end.. I just went through same..the fares being quoted are close to double of what they usually are. And just to help you out as after looking for a better bargain and searching for tickets for 4 days found...

just bumping the thread up.. to give a closure i guess i would the last one from the 29th june week who got visa .so damn late. visa stamped on 5th aug 2015 time taken-- 35 days( 25 working) best of luck to all. work hard and make the opportunity count :P

Visa approved univ category 8) 5th aug filedd on 1st july , was under processing since 2nd july.. took over a month but was a complicated case.. took advice from few consultants and they said nearly impossible sabb consultant saale jallee hunde ne ;D univ category rarely gets a refusal...

@bonapart GIC is Guaranteed investment certificate. its a mandatory requirement if applying under SPP otherwise u can also show it as proof of funds. for unversity or non spp categories its just another method to fulfill funds availability but not necessary of u r sure about...

sorry to hear that u got a refusal.. the financial issues can be tackled,,if u intend to apply again. get a loan for ur studies even if u have ample funds..u can always have it dropped after u get a visa for a certain charge and if u have any immovable property back home show that as well..or...
