I had a chat with their help desk. Authorization letter should show yours and the representative's full names, tracking number, and signature. Scanned copies are accepted.

I don't think there's a specific kind of authorization letter required. I just wrote one and signed it.

@dadataha I'm also living in Angola. Sent my passport to CVAC/VFS office through DHL, and requested a representative in South Africa to make the payment for me. Let me know how yours goes. :)

If you're in South Africa, you have to deposit the amount to VFS' Nedbank Account; otherwise, you have to transfer money to their Standard Chartered bank. They do not accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) payments according to the operator I talked to yesterday.

Hi! I submitted my application last May 26, 2015, and I haven't received any update yet. It has been 28 business days, and I will be traveling (not to Canada yet) by July 10. :'( Is there any way I can expedite my application? Thanks!
