I ordered from http://gcmsnotes.ca/ it took me 50CAD and around 31 days to generate the notes. They sent the note to my email. Suggest you find a cheaper way of ordering the note.

Yes, on your CoPR it clearly mentioned, "Not for Travel".

Same, I don't know the difference between different GCMS note, I just suggest try to avoid ordering the expensive one. There are some comment like "I satisfied based on this and that......", almost the same with other GCMS note.
