hi everybody, my ecas status changed from decision made to inprocess. no oath letter yet.i called CIC they don't know anything about it. Did anybody whose status changed from decision made to inprocess received oath letters. Or is it a concern?

dear ahmed 127, my test was on the same date in mississauga at 29 may,2015. My ecas status changed to decision made and then back to in process again.have not received any letter yet. Please let me know when u received oath letter
