thanks! we are in same sex relationship and i was a permanent resident before. they said in the letter that we could have stayed together for a year become common law back home. it says on the gcms notes that we have established relationship.

hi neggo! we're have the same situation.. we havent got any update until now.. her medical is already expired since may 2016 but no intructions for re-medical. i hope manila office would approve our application asap. its really hard for us and its very frustrating :(

yes.. then pag nag follow-up ka ang sasabhin lang sayo "patience" tpos ayun helpless ka na.. kahit sa MP same lang din ggawin nila.. wala naman sila gagawin para iexpadite un application eh kahit lampas na sa processing time... you have to wait pa din.. kahit anong follow up gawin.. pray pa din...

I did, we even consult our MP.. pareho lang din sinasabe samen.. magintay pa din kahit lampas na sa processing time.. napaka helpless.. wala talaga magagawa kundi maghintay.. :-\ :(
