    Certificate of Qualification

If you are 100% certain that is CIC's error and you were not awarded any points then you need to send a CSE (Case Specific Enquiry) for some clarity. If you WERE awarded 25 or 50 points and you DO NOT have a COQ, you will probably have to decline the ITA. Just my thoughts.

    Certificate of Qualification

It is for trades occupations. You receive either 25 or 50 points depending on your level of first language. You say you didn't receive any points for it though? Must be an error so? The ECA is under category 'Level of Education'.

Number of hours is missing in the experience letter but they mentioned full-time

You are supposed to include the number of hours worked as this is CIC's method to differentiate between full and part time, however each application will be assessed on their own merits and to the discretion of the officer in charge of your file. Hope this helps you decide.
