Hello friends, I applied for EIT under foreign graduate and registeted to give confirmatory exam in dec 2017. Is anyone else giving exam? Do we have a study group ? Does anyone know how to prepare for confirmatory exams...any help will be appreciated.

I sent it via courier. I sent it with Attn. Immigration section and address of NDVO yes you should be getting your passport soon.

I had the same situation where NDVO had my passport because I have applied for visitors visa, but they closed visitors visa file because spousal visa was also approved at same time. they held my passport for 1 and half month and then called and told us to mail the photos immediately. Its good...

Correct....Its slow because of lack of resources....Harper govt moved all resources towards economic immigration category and created a huge backlog in family immigration files.....the focus has been shifted now but it will take time to clear out the backlog.

Personally I would not send anything to NDVO unless they asked for it. I heard that delays the file. Send them with new a passport at the time of PPR with a letter explaining that old passport has been renewed.

If your status is decision made, you will get passport within a week.... cheers !!

yeah, I did..they said they will let us knw when the passport will arrive....did email and case specific inquiry for no answer....

you will get PR visa directly. I am in similar situation. Just wait for Passport to come back with PR visa :)
