That was partially intended as a reply to the other poster who had asked if anyone who had not worked/resided in Canada before received a TI. I don't have any Canadian Experience, and I had submitted my profile for Express Entry under the Federal Skilled Worker program.

Besides the CRS score (Assuming that factors such as ECA with a Bachelor's/MAster's degree exist), is there any other common aspect to the people who got their PT invitations? I saw on a different thread that someone with a CRS score of 404 got an invitation, and this makes it clear that...

But, isn't that a fundamental requirement to even enter the Express Entry pool? (Having ECAs that establish that your degree is equivalent to a Canadian degree).
