I guess I found the answer myself; for ceremonies in the search result it says "Yes" for the field "Open to the public" of all ceremonies in Calgary.

I called CIC and the operator said she does not know if I can take the test or not, I should go and talk to officials on the test date, they will decide about my situation.

No, mine has no mention of oath on it. I guess in your sister's case her documents have already been assessed. However, in my case the decision to invite me to the oath ceremony is contingent on assessment of my documents and/or an interview.
