I agree. For my case, the officer at the border had taken my existing work permit away at the landing. So for me there is no such an option like that. I dont think you can make an entry to canada with old work permit after getting PR status.

I think it is not matter of pushing the files. It seems like to me time has just come. I strongly believe the next should be your turn for PPR. And you become a PR before november.

oh my. I can't imagine how hard for June applicants still waiting for PPR. Giving out PPR just had stopped in the middle of June. And it was just my turn to get ppr and I can not forget how frustrated I was at that time. I got my PPR waiting over 15 months and 3 weeks. And now it takes more...

I think it usually takes around three weeks. I sent a copy of my passport and took three weeks. It depends on whether you are from visa exempt country or you send them original passport. It might take less if u are lucky! Congrats again...

Oh my god. It is kind of easy to make that mistake. That confused me at that time, too. It is lucky that you did not send original passport as you said. What a relief! However, You must have paid xpress post twice then. What a waste. But lets just think only bright side of today. It is better...

I dont fully understand your question... For me i am from visa exempt country. Once we get the passport request email, we send our photos and copy of passport to Ottawa adress given in the ppr email. It takes about two weeks to get the passport back with copr from Ottawa. Landing? I saw some...

My agent told me what you should bring is passport and copr nothing else. I am under bc provincial nominee program. I asked twice if i need to bring any pay stub and their answer was no which was different with what i expected. I dont think i need to bring any of other documentation.
