    MPNP- Decision made but no file transfer

    I checked my ecas and it was updated to decision made. I haven't received anything yet and it has been a week. When should I expect to hear from them? Also as far as I know my file is still in Sydney NS. Do they do the processing? I thought Ottawa did... When I look on the CIC website it gives...
