Generally both degress are required to be evaluated as far as i know, Rest you could ask from CIC or ICAS

@Wakil Could you write an email to ICAS and ask them which is the current date they are preparing reports ? 1 week ago i asked them and they replied that they are working on or before February 4, 2015 ...

I suggest to send Both Degress + Marks Sheet in sealed envelope. Who knows which document are required by them,,, Thanks - Yasir
