how much time does it take to get the mail in Toronto once CIC sends it out? I heard for some it took up to 3 weeks?

tracking on ECAS using T*** COPR number and getting below error. Is this expected? :o Any body able to see their status or a different message using COPR number? We were not able to identify you using the information you provided.

Good point @tyrionlannister. Even I was wondering why one should be so worried about PR card when there is COPR and stamp on the passport. No body will reject your PR status after your landing. why is the worry among the applicants? if travel is the worry then we can apply for travel document...

there is a reference to Form B4 / B4A. I don't think there is any such form. Cant search it on CIC website as well. Can some one confirm which form in this?
