Two questions about visitor visa extension

Thanks for the reply! 1. Yes I have a visitor record sorry for that. 2. I might have to go after I was supposed to leave as it says in my visitor record and before the time I hear something back from CIC, since this can take up to 3 months or so. What I am wondering is this, if I leave in...

Thanks Scylla, those were my assumptions, so I will stay away from work for anything Canada related while I am in the country and if needed I could leave for work purposes. Thank you all for the information.

But Mapleson I can do contract work for dutch companies through my dutch bank account while I am visiting in Canada right? I stated this many times at the border and they never said anything about it.

Shared business or freelance work while on visitor visa & PR application legal?

I guess I could consider doing that. I just want to figure out the rules related to this kind of stuff, unfortunately that is a lot harder then just reading it on the internet.

Shared business or freelance work while on visitor visa & PR application legal?

Yeah that would make sense. But so basically if I would fly to Mexico, the States or Holland, stay for a month and do contract work and then go back to Canada it would be legally allowed, because I wouldn't be working while in Canada haha.

Shared business or freelance work while on visitor visa & PR application legal?

What if I provide and maintain the technical aspects for the company but don't receive any income from it? My spouse could receive the income and support me with that, is that allowed? I guess it all comes down to the technical details in these situations.

PS The lack of job is no problem for the sponsorship but it would be to provide proof for my visitor visa. Although the lack of job should be fixed fairly soon.

Thank you very much, that makes everything seem a lot easier than I thought. I have one more question. I currently have a visitor record for a 100 days and it states on my record that I need to "Furnish proof of compliance on 27 July 2015 at port of exit". Does this mean I need to give them my...

Thanks! I guess I might just be complicating things in my head. So the recent traveling all over and no stable jobs as of late shouldn't be a problem? Also staying inside Canada is a lot harder since I can't work here, would I just apply to keep staying as a visitor, I thought they gave me...
