I understand that you have to wait until you get PR card, CoPR is not a valid travel document. If you leave Canada and do not have PR card, you need to apply for a travel document unless you return to Canada in a private car. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/travel.asp

I sent my PPs to Ottawa on Nov 18 and today the Canada post tracking says Delivered! I suppose it will be two weeks from now until I hear back from them.
