It's better to include the Ready for visa letter what you got to your email. It has your Applicaition no. And also write down the application no besides your address field on your envelope as well. This is just for them to identify you easily. Nothing else. That's how I did.

Guys , I got the PPR today . Happy. Got this request 2 days after ecas status changed to In Process and paid the RPRF fee. Good luck for others who is waiting still. I got into final stage exactly after 1 year .

My status says : 1. Application received on 31-Mar-2014 2. We started processing your application on 13-Apr-2015 3. Medical results have been received Seems like, we both are on same time line. Lets be touch to know the updates. I paid the RPRF on Apr 15th (Same day as it was requested)

Hi allee, May I know how long it took for your status to change from "In Process" to "DM". I was also waiting for 1 year and after that suddenly they requested to pay RPRF and status changed to "In Process", I am curious to know that when my status will change to DM ? Thanks

Hi ksn4u, I think, you don't need to worry so much. Because your status showing "In Process". as long as it's showing as in process. The VO will have some due date (One month time frame), They will check on that due date for your file updates and will send the PPR request. Good luck . you are...
