    They hung up on me the first time I called(by accident probably). However, I was persistent and the second time I called I was told they sent the letter yesterday April/8 for my citizenship ceremony on April/30 at 10:30am

    I would believe him, my clearances expired in early march according to my GMCS report, and as far as I know they have not been renewed yet

    your clearances have an expiry, maybe its expired and they need a new one. I recommend ordering an ATIP or try calling the call centre

    its usually not a big deal canada post should catch that. However, I recommend updating your address you can do that online without calling them.
