HI, guys Received PPR for my parents today! I have a question. My parents are liveing in china now. The Canada Visa Application Centres across China are closed because of coronavirus outbreak. Can they mail their passports to canada to me, and I submit them to Ottawa? Thank you for any advise.

HI, guys Confuse very much I submmited additional documents, Pcc, Passport, Cv, Traval, etc. on Oct. 3. No response from IRCC yet. Mycic still show "we dont need additional documents". whant to know if IRCC had received them or not. Any advice will be very appreciated.
