I had the same question two days ago for a friend of 4 November Applicant. But today I found on the spreadsheet that 11 July Applicant just got his MR from Ottawa VO. So I think we need to feel relieved...seems they have their way of working..:)

I have a question for experts here please. A friend of mine is 4 November Applicant...sent his application from Cairo, Egypt. His Credit Card was en cashed 7 January and received PER 30 January. Till now he didn't get his MR. what can he do ?

So no need to panic if any applicant after my date got the MR...we will pray and wait..:)

Then How come he got his MR before u?

I noticed an update on the Spreadsheet. 19 November Applicant received MR today from Ottawa Visa Office. Is it normal that they skip applicants from 3rd November till 18? Do they work in order or it is random?

any news for MR..? They stopped since 4 April for 3rd of November Applicants I think..It's getting too long..

As far as I know. ...CIC was off from 25 till 28th December. ...they started receiving applications again on the 29th.
