update, so I found the letter by mail when I got home from work. I thought it’s going to be a special event or something to be held in Toronto, but no Feb 5 is a Wednesday, just a regular ceremony in Scarborough. I think this will be my last post in this forum, 12 years and finally a citizen...

Oh yeah, i got my invitation for Oath as well!!!! Like others, it was updated on ECAS only, I haven't got an email or a letter mail. Notice sent on Jan 13 and Oath on Feb 5. Woohoo, so happy!

Yeah, I think if an application was not delayed in any major way and followed the general trend along with others. Then currently the majority oath invites are for Mar applications in the Scarborough office...

I got my test invite today and the test date is Dec 20. I have a major professional exam on Dec 19. Sigh, they picked a really bad time for me. But at least it’s 20th not 19th. Lol

AOR Jul 29 Finally got the letter this morning at 7AM. I think now i'll be able to just relax and wait for the exam notice for the next 6 months.

omg, i'm getting really nervous about mine. It was delivered on May 3rd and I still haven't got AOR yet. hopefully it won't be returned.

I do not think they will make an exception. My personal opinion is that the best strategy would be to get a soft landing to withdraw this application, and make your mistake sound unavoidable at the time.

what kind of mistake did you make? I guess if you're 100% sure that your application will be returned. I guess why not.

they will request it as long as you answer yes to any question, not on a case by case scenario. That's why people submit it voluntarily to save some time

It's not mandatory for you to submit it voluntarily. Just wait for the request and submit it electronically.
