Hey thanks for your feedback I don't think Indian consulate in Kuwait issues PCC and India only provides PCC if you have lived there for 6. Months. I'll double check with the Indian embassy in Kuwait just to reconfirm otherwise looks like I'll just write a letter. Thanks once again

Thanks for your reply. The only problem is India only provides PCC if you lived there for at least 6 months. I have to go live there for 6 months to get the PCC. I would assume they would mention on their website that you will need PCC from country of the passport you hold as well. I'm sure...
