    No, you should declare your Canadian citizen kids, but not include them in your application. Of course it doesn't do harm if you include them in the application except you would pay more money to CIC.

    This is correct answer. I have the same situation and I declared my Canadian born baby but not included her in the application. However, I did explain it with detail and attached her birth certificate to the explanation letter. My application has already been approved.

    By reading the original post, they faced the issue when they were submitting the profiles, unlike our cases encountering the issue while submitting our applications. So they can withdraw the profile and start it over again, but we don't have an option like that.
