Hi, I sent all documents (Medical, PCC, Passport Copies/ RPRF fee receipt) to WARSAW. I paid RPRF online for speedy processing. I got DM on 9th May. So there is no harm in sending docs to WARSAW. I hope this will help.

My son is 4.5 years old. He wasn't asked for urine test and x-ray. But I believe that if there is any medical history of your son then you should mention it and let them decide.
