Also got the same uptade today after 3 long weeks of waiting. It means that you've passed the medical exams. Now sit tight and wait for PPR ;)

Hi LN9714, First of all, congratulations! Afaik, within the email there's an observation about being in Canada. You can send a CSE to HKVO and Ottawa and, after getting their OK, your passport and photos are stamped in Canada. No need to send anything all the way down to HK. Best of luck!

Nope. Docs reached VO on May 26th, but not a word since that first email. Since I've got a Letter of Acceptance from a College, I've applied for a Student Permit. Hopefully I'll get my PR while already there 8)

It could be that the officer who's replied to the email is not the same who is checking my file or perhaps they got the docs, but haven't gone through them. Of course, there's a worse alternative: that my docs got lost inside the VO. The only proof I have of them reaching HKVO is the signature...
