My parents' Police cert and IMM forms arrived in Singapore office last Thursday (Aug 11) but the "Review of submitted documents" status in MyCIC still shows "We need an additional document from the applicant". Should I email the office to confirm that they did receive the documents?

My VO is Singapore as well, I saw my parents' status is "In Process", and the status said they started processing on 29 June. Still no news from Singapore other than the AOR though. What about you?
