I got the same answer when I called (although they didn't mention e-mail or website like they did to you), when I asked what does it mean "not in the system" - the lady said that my application is either returned or it is not yet opened for review...

second time I asked what does that mean and the lady answered "it is not yet opened"...

I called twice and got the same answer "your application is not in the system"

I have called them twice and each time they told me that my application "cannot be found / not in the system"... it was my only communication with cic whatsoever... its been two weeks and no 30. nor 31. dec charge...

nope, no news... when I called cic again, I got the same answer: "your application is not in the system" one can maybe hope that there will be some 30.dec apps in the process (although still no news of beyond 29.dec charging), but I am now closer to think that it is game over for us 31.dec...

hope is getting dimmer and dimmer with each day that passes without new charges...

I am not surprised to see people applying multiple times - there was and always will be greedy and selfish people, but I do not understand why CIO tolerates this kind of behaviour?? there was a bunch of people who were doubtful about their applications yet they didn't apply multiple times, if...
