NOC 2171, application package received at CIO on 20 OCT, just called CIO to know the status they said ur application received on 20 Dec and has been mailed back on 12th of February. doesn't matter if it had received on either of the dates but sounds weird as they seem to be playing with dates.

Hi, I am 20 OCT applicant, same scenario like urs 2171, there is only one way to communicate with CIO that is email, but they dont reply any way near 2 months, lets hope you are in cap but dont rely on it, this is what I would reckon.

If its the same applicant you mentioned, this is the only candidate reported, correct me if I am wrong. I read it somewhere another candidate mentioning they are not returning applications neither have they encashed the CC. This is confusing.
