Hi Rossei, I tried to add information in the sheet, but don't know if it's saved or not. My sponsor was approved on Apr 28/16 by mail and transferred to Ottawa. Thanks!

I provided them my email as well, but never received any emails from Cic. Our case has been approved and forwarded to Ottowa, but all we received are regular mails. I guess they didn't input our email address into their system when they received our document first tine. :(

When did you receive you approval mail?

I did, but for whatever reason, they didn't list my email address online, and they always send us by mail. I guess maybe the person keyed in information the 1st day when they received our documents, missed input my email address... :(

Mine was received at Jan 2, 2015 at 9:41am, it's late just because we received by mail.

Just received the approval of sponsorship today, and the file has been transferred to Ottawa, only appplied for mother. :) It came by mail.

I think Purolater is pulling everyone's leg. Not telling the truth but if that is true everyone should call their member of Parliament and complain. You should really complain because unless you are vocal and make the member of Parliament realize they have problems they will not change and keep...

How you appeal? We had sent out our 1st application on November 3, 2011 by Canada Post Express, which was guaranteed 2 days delivery then, but arrived cic after November 05 when Kenny announced closure of PDP program, and returned us back. We tried last year, and Purolar lost our application...
