Why did they ask you to send your passport scans twice?

I received the same request in mid Jan and submitted it the day of as well. I have not received or seen any indication on my online tracker that it was received. I guess we will have to assume it has been received?

I know right, the process is a little different now. I believe pre pandemic once test was completed in person, they did an interview and scheduled you for the oath right away. This time I got a request to submit all pages of my passport scanned and valid provincial ID after the test was marked...

Congratulations! amazing. I think paper based applications are being processed a little quicker right now. Online applications might take a little longer.
