Yes.. I got PPR on 2nd april, mine AOR is of 23rd OCT 2018. Since IP1 on 12th DEC , there was no update and received PPR mail on 2nd april and account started showing IP2.

Hi frnds, is it possible that cic has not opened applications from past 3 mnths for completeness check. If yes, that means cap was reached in oct and people should have got files back.

She might have applied for wrong NOC or documents provided by her were relevant for 4011
